Customise how Clinara writes, transcribe faster, and tighten privacy.

This release puts your clinic in control: teach Clinara your own menu of treatments and products with the new clinic dictionary, get your notes in under a minute with upgraded transcription, and reach for one clear privacy notice plus optional redaction when you need it.

July 2026

Clinara now writes in your clinic’s own language.

The big unlock this release is your clinic dictionary — the menu of treatments, packages and retail products your clinic actually offers. Add them once under Settings → Customisation and Clinara uses your exact product names in every note and follow-up, instead of generic descriptions like “a hydrating facial”. Your menu also sharpens transcription, so branded treatment names come through spelled correctly.

Alongside the dictionary, output formats let you choose how your notes and emails are structured — SOAP, DAP, a consultation and treatment plan, or face-mapped notes for injectors, plus a short, detailed or warm follow-up email. The way Clinara writes for your clinic is now yours to shape.

  • New clinic dictionary of your treatments, packages and products
  • Notes and follow-ups use your exact product names, not generic terms
  • Pick your note and email format — SOAP, DAP, face-mapped and more
  • Your product names also sharpen transcription accuracy

Your notes, ready in under a minute.

We’ve upgraded our transcription provider, so your notes appear in under a minute after you end a session — with no change to how you record.

<1 min

from ending a session to notes ready

Still 100% onshore. Storage and processing stay in Australia, and the transcript still lands in Clinara’s own Australian storage under your retention and deletion rules. It just gets there faster.

Retention, deletion and redaction, all in one Privacy tab.

A dedicated Privacy tab, and one notice your clients actually read.

Everything about how recordings are kept and how consent is collected now lives under Settings → Privacy. Set how many days audio is retained, or switch on immediate deletion so each recording and transcript is erased the moment the note, coaching and follow-up are done.

The same tab is also where you can turn on optional PII redaction. With it on, Clinara removes names, phone numbers, addresses and similar details from the transcript before it’s ever stored or sent to the AI, so the raw identifiers never hit an AI model. It’s off by default and applies to new sessions.

  • Data retention days and immediate-deletion in one tab
  • Optional PII redaction so personal details never hit an AI model
  • One privacy notice across kiosk, recorder and marketing
  • Read-only preview of what clients see before they consent
